The program is administered locally by the Fergus Falls/Otter Tail County Housing and Redevelopment Authority and is referred to as “Section 8” and “Rent Assistance”.

Completely handicapped accessible units and catered meals are available. A community and craft room provides a great location for residents to visit and attend community functions. Preference is given to residents requiring 24 hour assisted living services.
